1. Do specific cellulite exercises that target your lower body areas

I know it seems obvious but in order to get rid of the fat your need to turn that fat into muscle. The way to tone your lower body is to do specific exercises that target those problem areas. Slowly bend down as if you are about to sit in an imagery chair and then come back up to a standing position. Naked Beauty Review – Day 17

Oh my god! I’m really seeing results!

I haven’t really checked out my backside since Day 1, I was going to wait til Day 24… but I decided to take a peak today and I can’t believe it. My cellulite isn’t completely gone but I can definitely see a difference. Especially on my butt area, the dimples were much less noticeable than before. Can’t wait to see what’s going to happen next week!

Just so you know for the past 5 days or so I moved up to doing 2 rounds of exercises for a total of 20 reps, which I think makes a big difference. The first week I was pretty sore just doing the 10 reps but then as I got used to it I’ve moved up to 20. Plus doing the cardio workouts as well.

I’m still surprised that there really are exercises to get rid of cellulite. I honestly was a little skeptical as first but now that I’m seeing results in just over two weeks, I’m a believer!

Plus I’m starting to see more muscle definition in my legs which be really nice for the beach weather coming up very soon. I’m out in Boston, and it’s currently mid April so in about a month (maybe month and a half) I need to be bikini ready. I think this program put me way ahead of schedule.

Naked Beauty Review – Day 13

I’m about half-way thru the 24 day routine. So far, I’ve seen a little improvement. I have been sticking with it faithfully everything.

Today I decided to do 2 rounds of reps, since that’s what Joey recommends. So typically I do 10 reps of each exercise on each leg, today I did that but then a second round for a total of 20 on each side.

Now that I’m familiar with the exercises I don’t really have to follow along with the video, I just doing them to music or while watching tv and it only takes me about 15 minutes to get through them all, which is nice.

Naked Beauty Review – Day 1

My first day of starting Naked Beauty’s Cellulite and Exercise Program. Overall I’m pretty happy with what I’ve seen :)

What comes with the package is a pdf guidebook of all the targeted exercises with detailed instructions on how to perform each and pictures to go along with each move. Plus there’s a video with Joey showing each exercise so you can do it with him. And it’s good to follow along with the video because then you pay attention to the correct form for each move.

Most of the exercises are too difficult to do, but when doing repetitions of each — I definitely can feel the burn and those muscles working hard.

The program also comes with a schedule to follow so you know what workout to do on what day. You don’t have to follow the schedule and do your own schedule but I’m going to follow the provided schedule.

And like stated in on the Naked Beauty page, you the bonuses of Tightly Toned Arms Online Video, Flat Sexy Stomach Online Video and a Anti-Cellulite Cardio DVD. I’m waiting for the DVD to come in (you have to order that separately, but it’s free, you just use the coupon code provided).

I also wanted to mention how informative Joey is! He knows fitness like a pro. He gives really good advice and definitely knows a lot about exercises to get rid of cellulite and how to utilize the correct muscle structures.

I like it and can’t wait to see some results in 24 days!
